ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (ESMP) FOR THE RENOVATION OF
BOLGA AND WA MINERALS COMMISSION OFFICE FACILITY
We are happy to announce that we will soon be renovating our office facilities in an effort to improve our work environment and sustainability practices. As part of the World Bank’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility, we want to ensure that this renovation is carried out in a manner that minimizes its environmental impact and promotes the health of our employees and the community.
The Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) defines the strategies and procedures for managing the environmental and social aspects of the renovation sub-project. This plan incorporates many aspects, such as waste management, air quality, noise control, etc., as well as the health and safety of the employees.
To implement these measures, we seek a renovated office space that reflects the World Bank’s commitment to sustainability and employee happiness. This sub-project may cause short-term inconveniences, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
We also encourage your participation in the renovation endeavor by contributing ideas, suggestions, or concerns. Your input will assist us in improving our plans and ensuring that the renovation is in line with our shared values.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for all employees, we will provide regular updates on the progress of the renovation sub-project and any necessary instructions or guidelines. If you have concerns or questions, please contact the Estate Department at the Head Office, District Offices at Bolga and WA, or Mr. Wilson Zoogah (0244878734) of the Minerals Commission.
With regard to the subject matter, we appreciate your anticipated assistance and cooperation.
